State fees for getting Russian residence and citizenship increased in 2024

The State Duma adopted a bill to increase the state fees for issuing a number of documents for foreign nationals from July 1, 2024.


In particular, the cost of services for foreigners will increase for the following items.
- from ₽1000 to 1200 for issuing or extending a visa for entering or leaving Russia;
- from ₽1600 to 1920 for a multiple visa; the same for a temporary residence permit;
- from ₽800 to 960 for an invitation to enter Russia;
- from ₽5000 to 6000 for a permanent residence permit;
- from ₽10,000 to 12,000 for a permit to attract and use foreign workers;
- and from ₽3500 to 4200 for a work permit for a foreigner or a stateless person, as well as for getting Russian citizenship and renouncing it.
